Terms of Service
These terms set the basic rules for using Chovia’s decision community.
Using Chovia
Chovia helps people ask about decisions and consider different perspectives. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and community responses do not guarantee an outcome.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support if you believe your account is compromised. You must meet the minimum age required in your country.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Chovia a limited licence to host, display and process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the right to share that content.
Community safety
Do not harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate; publish illegal content; impersonate people; expose private information; manipulate voting; or use Chovia for spam. Chovia may restrict content or accounts under documented safety processes, with an appeal route where available.
Service availability and termination
Features may change for maintenance, legal or safety reasons. You may delete your account in the app. Chovia may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or risks to others, subject to applicable law.
